Jessi is the smiling face you see at the Rockford Farmer's Marketstarted each week. She started Grit & Grace Microgreens in 2022 with her husband JD. They have a desire to serve their community with organically grown nutrient dense food.

Their microgreens are grown indoors under grow lights. This allows for growing year round.

Jessi and JD incorporate their kids Weston and Sawyer "Rosie" into the growing, harvesting and sharing of the microgreens. You likely have had the pleasure of seeing the kids learn and grow.
